By using the HealPlay product, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
– You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
– You are responsible for your health and safety while using HealPlay
– You either use HealPlay for health prevention purposes, fitness acceleration purposes, or you have obtained a physical activity on prescription from your physician/HCP or a rehabilitation diagnosis from your physiotherapist before using the HealPlay product and you will follow their instructions and recommendations.
– You understand that the HealPlay product is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and that you should seek the advice of your physician or physiotherapist if you have any questions or concerns about your health condition or the use of the HealPlay product.
– You are responsible for ensuring that your mobile device meets the minimum technical requirements for using the HealPlay product and that you have a stable internet connection.
– You grant HealPlay the right to collect, store, process, and analyse your personal data, including your health data, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You also consent to the sharing of your personal data with your chosen physiotherapist and other authorized third parties for the purposes of providing you with the HealPlay product and related services.
– You acknowledge that the HealPlay product uses artificial intelligence, motion tracking, and sensor technology to provide you with an interactive digital coach and feedback on your exercises. You understand that these technologies may not be accurate, reliable, or error-free and that they may not reflect your actual performance or health condition.
– You agree to use the HealPlay product in a safe and appropriate manner and to follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the HealPlay app. You assume all risks and liabilities arising from or related to your use of the HealPlay product, including any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur to you or others.
– You agree not to use the HealPlay product for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes or in any way that violates the rights of HealPlay or any third party.
– You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the HealPlay product or any part thereof without the prior written consent of HealPlay.
– You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HealPlay and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of the HealPlay product or your breach of these terms and conditions.
– You acknowledge that HealPlay may modify, suspend, terminate, or discontinue the HealPlay product or any part thereof at any time without prior notice or liability to you. You also acknowledge that HealPlay may update these terms and conditions from time to time and that your continued use of the HealPlay product after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
– These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and HealPlay regarding the use of the HealPlay product and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden and any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
These Terms and Conditions also apply to any promotions, offers and contests. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the HealPlay product.
